Quincy is the world leader, or at the very least his company is, through his leadership Genom now dominates all fields of technology. But, let there be no doubt why his company dominates, Quincy is ruthless. He is willing to go to all lengths to ensure his companies role as an industrial leader, including illegal means. He has enough power that he dictates and manipulates the Japanese government, while attempting to do so with other nations as well, especially with those that resist Genom's influence. Over the decades, he has systematically bought out, or brought to ruin, those companies that have had made breakthroughs in robotics and biotechnologies. Including one company, Wiz Laboratories, that lead the development of boomers with Dr. Katsuhito Stingray, a technology unique to itself, being neither robotic or cybernetic. After which Genom held the patents for this technology that would change the face of human society forever, giving themselves an advantage over it's closest competitors that they couldn't hope to match.
Genom remains the dominate "player" of the Polar Wars, selling boomer war machines to both sides, boomers that are classified as illegal development. But, as the boomer weapons became more complex Genom had no means of testing them, benchmarking as it were, and turned to a new force as a testing platform: the ADP. The Advanced Police are the only force known of around the world that exists of it's nature, being in MegaTokyo, the source of boomer construction. As MegaTokyo became the next onslaught of boomer destruction, the ADP became overwhelmed, which eventually lead to the developmet of a vigilante group lead by the daughter of the boomer creator, Sylia Stingray.
Quincy is a private man, he keeps his secrets close. He also knows that his age is catching up to him and has taken every precaution to ensure his safety when facing any possible dangerous situation, including android look alikes. He may even intend to transfer his consiousness into a boomer or the net as a means to continue his life.
