Nene is the last and the youngest to join the KS, and happens to be the only KS that does not have any Japanese heritage, other than her parents live in MegaTokyo, thus the only KS not to be orphaned as well. Nene ran away from home due to a disagreement with her overly strict parents about Nene's future career. Nene is a skilled computer technician, even at her young age there would be few that could match her hacking skills, and Sylia isn't one of them. Finding a position at ADP wasn't difficult, though altering the documents too make her older could have been. When it was decided that the KS needed an additional member, Sylia placed a highly encrypted "advertisement" on the net looking for recruitments. Nene was the only one who could crack that encryption, and joined the team shortly after, where she then made it known just how many back doors there were to Genom's networks.
Having an insider in ADP has proven itself countless numbers of times that it is an indispensible advantage for the KS, who can track rogue boomer incidents. Not only this, but with Nene's skills has access to ADP's data that would normally have required additional resources outside of the KS. Nene is not a fighter, frankly she can't supply much in the form of backup either, except maybe as another target. But this doesn't make her useless, far from it, Sylia designing her suit to complement her natural abilities may make Nene the most useful. Nene's suit allows her to control the flow of information durring a mission, and any one in a military outfit will tell you that information is vital to any victory. But she continues to try and improve on her combat skills.
Like Linna, Nene enjoys a simple life, possibly the busiest next too Sylia, maintaining a full time position as well as missions for the KS. She lives in a small apartment, enjoys sweet foods and rides a mopid. Here closest friend outside of the KS is a fellow ADP coworker named Naoko, who like Nene enjoys concerts and other social activities. She also shares a close relationship with Mackie, both share an interest in computers and are about the same age, though their is little evidence of their relationship being more than just friends. But like most young people Nene has a flaw, impatience, immaturity, use what you like, but with all she has accomplished, she does have a bit of an ego and is tempermental. And receives no sympathy from Linna and Priss with their consistent ridicule, though all three share an almost sisterly relationship, while Sylia watches on with a smile and a giggle from time to time.
