January 8, 2005:The domain name was purchased on April 19, 2004 for the initial May release date. My apologies for the delay, but finally, Bubblegum Crisis: The Movie goes live!
The site redesign wasn't accepted by the New Media Showcase because it was not designed using Flash. Since then the site has been going under numerous redesigns, primarily to remove the JavaScript scrollbar. However, a single design has yet to be chosen for the site, and development continues as I write this.
I'd like to thank Bob Klemens for hosting the webspace. His contribution is greatly appreciated. To discover more on the progress of The Project you can visit the News Update thread of the BGCM Forums.
April 12, 2004:After nearly 18 months version 3 launches, and is submited to University of Lethbridge's Year End New Media Showcase.
If you are viewing this site and the custom scrollbar on the right is not functioning please disable JavaScript. I apologize for this inconvenience, but the JavaScript needed to scroll the site's content is not functioning in your browser. You should not have any problems in Internet Explorer 5+ or Netscape 7.1. I will continue to find a solution to this problem.
The proposed official launch date will be the first week of May 2004.
