Daley is Leon's newest partner, and is almost the polar opposite of Leon, probably assigned for that reason alone. Daley is level headed and more willing to play the political games, realizing that by playing he is going to atleast get something in return. His relationship with Chief Todo is more understanding, to the point that the Chief is willing to make exceptions for the two on Daley's behalf. Daley's rank and time of entry into the ADP is unknown, though he appears to be at the same rank as Leon.
Daley carries a very care free and optimistic attitude and continually makes Leon the butt of his jokes, maybe because Daley is homosexual? Daley wears reading glasses on occassion and has a tattoo of a rose on his right arm.
